Bramley Village Bonfire and Fireworks

Saturday 7th November | From 6pm | Bramley Park

Help keep the bonfire burning 🔥

The Bramley Village Bonfire is free for everyone. It's run entirely by volunteers and paid for by the village. Every donation, big or small, goes straight towards making next year's bonfire happen. If you've loved the torches, the tractors and the fireworks, please chip in and help keep this Bramley tradition alive.

Donate to the Bonfire

Torches, guys, tractors, hot food and fireworks. Bramley's much-loved village bonfire returns to Bramley Park for a magical night out for all ages.

The night begins with a spectacular torch-lit procession from the Library Car Park to the bonfire site in Bramley Park. After that comes a roaring bonfire, a fantastic fireworks display and plenty of hot food and drink to keep you warm.

Entry is free, but this is your village and your bonfire. It's made possible by your donations and by what you spend at the food and drink stalls on the night. Please give generously to our bucket-shaking volunteers, or donate online [donation link]. Every penny raised this year goes towards next year's event.

We never cancel, whatever the weather, so bring your family and friends and support the villagers who run this for everyone in Bramley.

Torches
Torches go on sale at the Library Car Park from 6pm. They do sell out, so come early to avoid disappointment.

Children's Tractors
Children aged seven and under can ride up to the Bonfire Field on a trailer, on a first-come basis. Two wardens travel in each trailer and stay with the children until their parents collect them at the field.
Please note: it is extremely dangerous to walk alongside the tractors and trailers while they're moving.

Children's Guy Competition
Bring your guy to the Library Car Park by 6pm, where all entries will be displayed. Entries arriving after 6pm can't be judged. Judging starts at 6.20pm, and prizes are awarded at 6.25pm.

Food & Drink
Volunteers will serve hot dogs, burgers (from Kilfeather and Dumbrill in Bramley) and jacket potatoes before and after the fireworks. All profits go towards next year's event.
💷 Please bring cash, as cards may not work on the field!

First Aid
First aiders will be in the car park and on the Bonfire Field, ready to deal with any emergencies.

Lost Children
The meeting point for lost children is the Public Address Vehicle on the field.

Parking for the Disabled
Limited parking on the Bonfire Field is available for elderly or disabled visitors. To arrange a space, call Phil Baker on 07547 319266 before Friday 30th October.

Good to know
🚫 No sparklers or glass bottles on the field, for safety reasons.
🥾 Boots or wellies are recommended, because the field can get muddy!
