By car
Bramley is located along the A281, just 10 minutes from Guildford and around 25 minutes from Horsham.
For satnav, use GU5 0HB to reach the village centre.
Hall Road, Bramley GU5 0AX. Approximately 37 spaces of free parking. Primarily for Village Hall use, but often available when events not taking place. This car park is a great option for visitors exploring Bramley just a short walk to the High Street via Windrush Close.
Bramley Library, High Street GU5 0AX. Approximately 41 spaces (including 2 disabled bays) of free parking for up to 2 hours. This car park offers the most convenient access to Bramley's shops, library and village centre. Parking is limited to 2 hours, helping ensure a steady turnover so that spaces remain available for visitors and shoppers throughout the day. Please be mindful of the time limit to support fair access and keep Bramley welcoming for everyone.
Behind 9–12 High Street, Bramley GU5 0HF. Approximately 15 spaces of free parking with no time limit.
Parking is available at Birtley Courtyard, Eastwood Road, and nearby side streets, please park respectfully. A pleasant 6–8 minute walk to the High Street and library.
Eastwood Road & Barton Road Mixed on-street options including: Permit-only bays, time-limited free parking, Some paid-for spaces via RingGo (check local signage).
By bus
The Stagecoach 53 and 63 buses connect Bramley to Guildford, Cranleigh and beyond.
Buses run regularly throughout the day, check Stagecoach or Traveline for up-to-date timetables.
By train
The nearest train station is Guildford, served by regular fast trains from London, Portsmouth, and Reading.
From Guildford Station, hop on the 53 or 63 bus, or take a taxi for a short 10-minute ride to Bramley.
On foot or by bike
The Downs Link trail (a former railway line) runs directly through Bramley, making it a beautiful and accessible route for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
You can join the trail from Guildford or Cranleigh and enjoy a scenic arrival into the village.
